Welcome to Warung Rantau. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our cross-border e-commerce service, which connects Indonesian products with customers in Japan. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Products & Pricing
Our platform allows you to browse and purchase products sourced from Indonesia. While we strive to present product information, images, and pricing as accurately as possible, there may be slight variations due to differences in display, packaging, or production. Product availability may also change without prior notice.
Product prices on Warung Rantau are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) for your convenience. Payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), so the final amount is converted to IDR at checkout based on the current exchange rate. The exact total will always be shown clearly before you complete your payment, to ensure full transparency.
3. Payments & Orders
Payments are made via bank transfer to the account details provided at checkout. Orders are confirmed once your transfer has been received and verified.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your transfer details and shipping address. Orders for which payment cannot be verified within a reasonable time may be cancelled automatically.
4. Shipping
International shipping from Indonesia to Japan is calculated by total order weight and added as a separate charge at checkout. The exact shipping cost is always shown clearly before you complete your payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel an order at no cost any time before payment has been received and verified. Once payment is confirmed, an order moves into fulfillment and cannot be cancelled at will.
If an issue with your order is attributable to us — for example damaged goods, lost shipments, or items that prove undeliverable — we will issue a refund by bank transfer to the originating account within 7 business days of the issue being confirmed. Refund eligibility for other situations is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Account & Access
You may create an account using an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing contact@warungrantau.com. Note that some order records are retained to comply with Indonesian and Japanese tax and legal requirements, even after an account is deleted.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any changes made. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change took effect.
