LA FONTE SPAGHETTI (11) PCK 450g

A staple from Indonesian home kitchens, La Fonte is a proudly local brand made by Bogasari — part of Indofood — despite the Italian-sounding name that has fooled many. The number 11 denotes a slightly thicker spaghetti strand, crafted from selected durum wheat semolina and exported to over 20 countries. Back home it was just as likely to end up in a spicy stir-fry as a classic tomato sauce. The 450g pack keeps the pantry stocked for several family meals — a comforting reminder of what a weeknight dinner smells like in Indonesia.
