SH KECAP MANIS SEDANG BTL 620mL

Made in the old Benteng quarter of Tangerang since 1920, the SH brand (once Siong Hin) is one of Indonesia's oldest kecap makers, brewing select black soybeans through months of natural fermentation. The "sedang" type strikes that medium balance you remember, less cloying, with a real savory backbone and a deep soybean aroma. It is the bottle behind a good semur, tongseng, fried rice, or warm tahu and tempe dipping. Choose 620mL for a busy kitchen, or 300mL and 140mL. Halal-certified by MUI, it carries a true taste of home and Tangerang heritage.
