AJINOMOTO TEPUNG BUMBU SAJIKU PCK 80/75g

A staple in countless Indonesian kitchens, this Sajiku all-purpose seasoned coating flour takes the guesswork out of frying. Garlic, pepper, and onion are already blended in — just dip your chicken, fish, shrimp, tofu, or tempeh into the wet batter, coat it in the dry flour, and fry. The crust stays crispy for up to 3-4 hours. For those missing the ease of home cooking in Japan, this small packet delivers that familiar gorengan crunch without any extra measuring.
