ANGSA KECAP ASIN BTL 600mL

If your cooking has been missing that one savory note from home, this legendary salty soy sauce from Medan, North Sumatra brings it right back. Made since 1955 and still produced the traditional way, its umami comes from black soybeans blended with spices, a flavor a touch different from the modern brands many of us grew up alternating it with. It seems to suit almost everything: stir-fries, nasi goreng, noodles, semur, dipping sauces, and marinades for fish or chicken. The generous 600 mL bottle lasts through plenty of meals, quietly making dishes taste whole again.
