BAMBOE BUMBU INSTANT SOTO MADURA PCK 40g

Remember the smell of a Sunday pot of soto simmering at home? This Bamboe instant blend brings it back in minutes. Inside the 40-gram packet are the same aromatics your mother ground by hand, shallots, garlic, ginger, turmeric, lemongrass, coriander, and pepper, so all you do is saute, add beef and water, and let that clear, savory Madurese broth come together. One pack feeds about four. Round it out with boiled egg, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime, and you are right back at the warung. Halal certified, and honestly close to the real thing.
