KACA SOHUN PCK 50g

You already know the way these near-transparent strands turn slippery and springy the moment they hit hot broth. Made from starch, this glass vermicelli softens in just 10-15 minutes of soaking, ready to slide into a bowl of soto, bakso, sop, or semur, or to fill your homemade pastel and risoles. The handy 50-gram pack is just right for one cook, no leftovers going stale. Its neutral taste soaks up whatever seasoning you bring, and that clear, glassy look makes every dish prettier. Keep a strip in the cupboard and a warm bowl is always within reach.
