SSF AMOY FLOUR VERMICELLI PCK 120g

Those wispy, thread-thin strands you grew up watching simmer in a pot of clear broth are exactly what's inside here. Hand-made from just wheat flour, salt, and water and never fried, these noodles cook in barely one to two minutes—drain and they're ready for soto, a steaming bowl of soup, or a quick stir-fry with egg and vegetables. Back home they often show up at selamatan and birthdays as longevity noodles. Easy to store and even easier to cook, they slip into any kaldu and bring a little taste of home to your Japan kitchen.
